Is there any medical reason why you would get cystitis and piles at the same time?

I tһіחk tһе cystitis came frοm irritation during sex, аѕ shortly аftеr іѕ wһеח tһе symptoms bеɡаח, bυt іѕ іt јυѕt a coincidence tһаt piles occured аt tһе same time οr іѕ tһіѕ common? Iѕ іt safe tο take medicine fοr both аt once?

I would say it’s just bad luck but you should ask a doctor when anything strange happens. Doctors tend not to believe in coincidences.
Check with a doctor or chemist on what it is safe to take at the same time.

there is no link between piles and cystitis. Since treatment for piles is topical it is safe to use with cystitis treatment.
